One of the things that we wanted to do is change the car buying experience. In order to do so, we had to set the new standard for the car buying process entirely. The old school way of buying a used car simply did not work for us. At XYZ Motors, your customer service advisor does everything from paperwork to finance and warranty - all in the same office handled by the single person. No more being passed around from office to office, and from person to person. We pioneered the new way of taking that stereotypical used car dealer out of the picture and creating a process that is efficient and pleasant for our customers.

Since our car dealership is not your traditional car dealer, with over 50,000 square feet of climate-controlled space, all our vehicles are inside of our showroom. The final touch of buying a vehicle online is vehicle possession. You can choose to have your new vehicle delivered to you or you can come pick it up. If you choose delivery, we work with specific local car haulers who are licensed, insured and bonded.
On the other hand, if you decide to come and pick your vehicle up, we will prep it before you show up so that all you need to do is grab the keys and leave.
When it comes to used cars, quality and standards are non-negotiable. All of our used cars for sale have a certain quality standard that they have to meet and a rigorous process they go through to ensure the vehicle is ready for the next owner. Our service process ensures that each vehicle is mechanically sound before being offered for sale.
Our mechanical process is quite thorough. We understand what it takes for each vehicle to be on Michigan roads, so we developed a partnership and process on how we want our vehicles inspected. It is imperative that our designated car inspector maliciously checks each part of the car, from brakes and suspension to fluids and filters - nothing gets skipped.
Every vehicle inspection starts with a carefully mapped test drive to ensure there is nothing out of ordinary with the engine, transmission, or any other parts. After that, the interior is thoroughly checked - every single button is pressed and made sure that every feature works as it should. Following that, the inspector goes under the hood and checks all belts, hoses, fluids, filters, battery and other items. The next step of the inspection is putting the vehicle on the hoist, giving it a nice shakedown and checking front end suspension alongside driveshafts, CV, U-joints, and muffler. Finally, tires are taken off and brakes are measured.
We have always been proud of our part supplier partners, and we never use cheap parts especially when it comes to brakes and suspension. Led by experienced state certified master mechanics, the service department that we partnered with ensures that the work completed is done properly and with high standards.
Every vehicle that comes to our showroom has been professionally cleaned. We do this because we want to make sure that the vehicle is presentable and completely ready for the next owner. When it comes to selecting vehicle detail vendors, we go through a process of clear communication and expectation on how each vehicle must be cleaned and presented. After vehicles are professionally cleaned, they go through one last quality check to make sure the professional detail meets our standard.
