Find Used Lexus for Sale in Grand Rapids, Michigan

The first LS400 luxury sedan was released in 1989 and led the way for Lexus winning numerous major motoring awards. This acclaim even impacted Mercedes-Benz and BMW's sales in the US where these automakers' sales dropped 29 percent and 19 percent respectively.

As a result of their customer-centric approach from the beginning, Lexus instantly established customer loyalty that exists until today! In fact, thanks to their early efforts, studies have shown that Lexus has one of the highest customer retention rates in the automotive industry, leaving behind more established brands like Cadillac and Nissan.
